I mocked the idea of Saka at LWB, but it's genuinely the only thing I can think of with this squad that might get us playing, because he'll be that outlet high on the left side even if he's a LWB on paper. Trent can go RWB and have the insurance of Walkers pace behind him. Mainoo and Rice works and we can play a 3421 with Bellingham and Foden (or Palmer) in free roles around Kane, cutting in on their strong feet a la Eze/Olise at Palace. The fact I'm warming to this insane idea is a travesty 😂

Whilst I agree with some of what you say you also failed to mention that Saka played 3 different positions in the game so looking at his average position is pointless. Stop fanboying Bellingham he’s been as poor as anyone in that tournament. They’ve all played crap it’s down to GS not the players there’s something wrong and according to Foden the players aren’t doing what GS is telling them to do so that should tell you everything. We’re done at this tournament and nothing is going to change whilst we have that clown in charge.
