Abyss was just a fantastic character. Chris Park is one of the most underrated modern workers. I’m glad I got to meet him in person and tell him how much I appreciated what he did for Impact and for wrestling.

I met this guy at a small show in my hometown in KY probably around 10 years ago, he took his mask off an hung out with me an took pics an everything. Being older now i realize it was because he wanted my mom lmao he invited her on the road with him and even came to our house and had a beer with my family. He was a cool dude.
Abyss stayed with TNA/Impact no matter what even when he was offered a job with wwe and a program with the undertaker and it’s amazing to see that he stayed with the company no matter what

Kane was unmasked in an over-dramatized rather laughable segment, (turning around with grease on his face for 'maximum' effect'; really?). This not only took time, but was played out by two capable in ring performers. Although hackneyed in a story line (unmasking) sense, I hope TNA follows this up well, and not lose the brutality bit that made Abyss int he first place
