IMO Padres were a tougher lineup and pitching staff, Mets also had a better lineup 1-9 than the Yankees and we managed to keep them at bay. In KC yanks struggled against Lugo in the last weeks of the regular season, was getting more scared of that series. But it was definitely not a cake walk, the teams Yankees beat were hot.
