Mia is a champion! I love how they mentioned it's all about mindset. I think so too. As someone with chronic pain, I wonder if disassociating helps with the pain of the spiciness. Mia mentioned she felt like she blacked out from the spiciness. I tend to black out/disassociate during my migraine episodes and find that it helps me pass the time (since I'm no longer focused on the pain and panicking) until the pain subsides. Makes me wonder...

I've only seen one other video of this from a friend, but they only had a small piece and they were drooling uncontrollably, spitting everywhere, their whole face turned green and pale, etc. I literally cannot believe she did that so casually!

Honestly size to weight has nothing to do with how well you cope with the one chip challenge. It’s about your tolerance to spice. There are light people that can love or hate spicy foods, same goes for big people.

Mia is so lucky for having such a supportive parents, so that If something bad really happens, Mia knows that she can depend on them, Most young people don't ever get to experience what its like to be taken care of, they have to manage all by themselves which is so sad. Mia is so brave for doing this challenge and thanks to Georgie and Darren for being absolutely amazing parents

FYI fresh tomatoes and cucumbers are the best relief for chilli burn 🔥
Just cut the tomatoes and place them in your mouth, it feels uncomfortable at first, but the tomatoes absorb the heat and you get faster relief.. Chilli does do a lot more damage than people think.. notice how Mia was still effected by it hours later.. the effects actually will last a lot longer.. I suggest not eating chilli constantly..

@@AvaLou05 not sure but, the average stone weight for her age (18) is 10 and a half stone almost. However she is quite small and petite

Mia has a little much focus on her body and how she does looks, but this is not my concern. However, if you are consuming too much spicy food, this can cause digestive issues and it's important to listen to your body in moderation for consuming less Capsaicin to avoid any negative side effects. Maybe it does not really need to have your concern.
