how do you fully grasp the readings po? im a psych major likewise and i find it super hard learning all those in a span of 1-3 hrs for a 10-20 pages of readings. tips po how to really comprehend everything in one setting or self learning session??
it is not possible to fully grasp everything in one session! i recommend making your own study schedule and splitting up your assigned readings to give yourself time to really take it all in. constant review will also help with that. i also like to focus on examples given in the text and relating that to the other information in the text and seeing where and how everthing overlaps!
