9:40 It is an offering ritual to the Na: Sa Dya. From the looks of it, it was done during Biska, the Nepalese New Year. A day where offerings is made to the local gods and goddesses of the city for a prosperous year, called `Dya Swa Biyegu`. It takes place on the fourth day of the Nepalese new year.

Not a whiskey bro, it's something like a wine made out of Barley (Most of the time) infact it is a wine and may be had like 40%+ alcohol content. May be Mac is the only person who doesn't love Newari Food but not his fault, he has the right to choose what he likes. I hope he gets to try other foods which is less spicy in the near future. Thank you for promoting Nepali MMA and the nation itself.
There’s no false info we’re looking to spread my friend. We’re just giving out our first impressions and what we saw. We loved the trip and hope to come back real soon.
If anything was clear after this first trip, it is that the Grapple Asia team barely touched the surface of what Nepal and its culture is. However, that makes it even more exciting to come back again and learn more. Something that is for sure going to happen, soon.
Which BJJ scene would you want to see next in Asia?
