Yes ma'am whatever you said is absolutely correct we can't learn English in just 45 days course it takes time to master in english by learning atleast 20 to 30 new words daily, reading English newspaper for 1 hour daily, learning daily using sentences, phrases, talking to yourself or others atleast 30 minutes a day and select one topic and write it on paper for 30 minutes daily these all things will definitely helps one can master in english fluency
It is a universal truth that every process/activity requires the practice, however, while speaking to anyone, let it be a foreigner or superior, just speak slowly, you would not feel discomfort and the chances of missing the words or not getting the words while speaking will be very less.
