How to Make a Modern Metal Sign by Hand - No CNC

The step by step process of how to make a handmade steel and aluminium sign, without using a CNC machine. I used Matthias Wandel's BigPrint program to create a full size paper template, which was essential for cutting and positioning the letters accurately. Made to replace an old plywood sign I made with freehand routed letters, around 5 years ago.
