In deze video kunt u genieten van een leuke on-ride van Expedition Everest in Animal Kingdom. Expedition Everest - Legend of the Forbidden Mountain is een stalen achtbaan in het themapark Disney's Animal Kingdom, dat onderdeel is van het Walt Disney World Resort in Orlando in de Amerikaanse staat Florida. De baan is uitgebreid gethematiseerd en is 's werelds duurste achtbaan aller tijden.
Het groots opgezette project genaamd Expedition Everest wordt gebouwd door achtbaanbouwer Vekoma uit Nederland. De attractie bevindt zich in het Aziatische themagebied en is gethematiseerd naar de Mount Everest, waarvan een replica is gebouwd, en de legende van de yeti.
Expedition Everest werd aangekondigd in 2003. Een jaar later werd begonnen met de bouw en op 7 april 2006 werd de attractie ingehuldigd.
