A benefit to living in Montana .... low humidity! I dry mine in the house, easy and free!

I just lay mine herbs in a single layer, or in sprigs for things like thyme, marjoram or rosemary, and put them on newspaper or trays on my piano in my house. It doesn't dry as fast, but it dries.
