Hey there❤ I just found you..I'm from New Zealand but currently driving linehaul (long haul) roadtrains in Western Australia.. I blew 2 discs in my back a few years ago, & have all sorts of back & nerve pain, as well as fibromyalgia. In the last few days, I've had a new & deep pain in a different spot, after researching, I came to the possibility of piriformis syndrome… your explaination of the difference between that & sciatica, has basically confirmed it! I'm getting a referred pain that is an awful throbbing ache that feels like I've been… um… kicked in the lady-parts😂 I've given up seeking help from physios etc, with all the back stuff because almost without fail, one of the first things they tell me is that I should quit driving trucks! Their advice usually just isn't feasible or doable when you do 15-17hr days & away from home! To hear your helpful advice from OUR perspective as drivers, understanding our unique living/working situations is so wonderful. From the heart of my (sore) bottom… THANKYOU💕💕
Are you doing any types of exercises? Which way are the disc blown bc that matters when it comes to movements and exercises to do and not do, also what vertebrae?
Thank you I did it
Have it too😂
Replay 8/12/2024 from Houston Texas lady truck driver… I was thinking like I can’t be the only person so google brought me here ❤
Are you still looking for a theme song???
Always

I'm so sorry to hear this. Nerve pain is no joke and disc issues often don't resolve on their own. What are you currently doing to help?

I shared this video with my wife. I believe this will help her. Thanks so much for your kindness.
