And yes, panth was recently buffed. W now does max health damage, scaling with health. And empowered E now gives armor/magic resist, scaling with health. Also, regarding E: the end of the cast (where he does a cone of damage in front of him) is where the bulk of the damage comes in--so you can activate and cancel it quickly to get off instant burst, if you think theyre gonna flash away or dash out
@@RagaGearforever5 Pantheon dos struggle a bit against high hp targets, Riot said they wanted to buff his toplane potential, hence making him a little tankier with his E and the new %hp damage. Honestly I have never seen a toplane Pantheon besides from Spearshot and this video lol, he's always mid or supp.
7:27 if you're laning against someone who only has a bit of cc and they use up all of it, you can just ult away like in this instance where tf gold carded :).
Pantheon is my favorite champ, glad you're playing him. I feel like he offers so much, outplay potential, great dueling early game, amazing ganks late game. When you're fed you feel like a monster and you can always help out your team.

Quicksilver Sash is an item with an active that cleanses non-knockup cc. TF used his QSS active basically frame perfectly to cleanse Pantheon W stun, giving him enough time to flash the Q and live.

I noticed this confusing thing multiple times when climbing you play against a certain rank, then when you win the next game you're against lower ranks but it's still harder to win somehow. is it a thing or am I tripping?
@@ELYESSS "why is it that the rank is not always an indication of the players skills" Your visual rank is not equal to your actual MMR. It's supposed to be somewhat close but it doesn't have to be. It feels better psychologically (i.e. makes people play more) to have the ranking system with looser tiers and deranking protection etc. than it does to have an actually good system. There's also smurfs like Pekin is a Challenger-level player but he's currently ranked Emerald.
