To be honest, I like the Sierra Blanca more than Zagaleta. It looks nicer with lusher vegetation, better and more private gardens and you dont have other houses sitting directly above you..
In Sierra Blanca there are no houses above you instead they are 10 meters to the left or right

There is prestige to have a house exactly in Sierra Blanca, but not in it’s surround area

My best guess is that they didn’t get to broker the deal, hence the silence in the matter.
Look up Villa Cullinan on their site, and it is marked as sold.
