City of San Antonio: Heil DuraPack Python Garbage Trucks

Here we have a few of San Antonio’s Heil Pythons collecting on my route. First up we have my trash guy Ignacio in a spare CNrG Python. He was using that truck one day when his truck was in the shop. I really like the CNrG Pythons and they don’t sound that bad for being CNG.
Next up we have a brand new white ACX Python collecting organics. That truck was brand new when I filmed it and I think it ran pretty well. If you remember my other videos of San Antonio’s new Pythons, you’ll probably notice some changes on this one. It has a new centered logo on the tailgate, a new open hopper cover, and it has the tri-grippers instead of the Autoreach grippers. Most of the new Pythons now have this design I think it looks really sweet. I would have gotten more footage but there weren’t many organic bins out that week and the ones that were out were pretty spread out.
Next we have my trash guy Ignacio collecting post Christmas Trash in his LEU Python. Since it was post Christmas, I decided to get some clips. I filmed mostly full carts or heavy stops to make it more interesting. I also set out a couple extra carts at my house.
Finally, we have my recycle guy Art in a spare ACX Python. He was in this truck for two weeks while his truck was in the shop. I was only able to grab one clip the first week but I got a couple more the second week.

Great video! I’m not used to seeing Ignacio in something other than his LEU but it was nice to see him in it again at the end haha I do like that CNG configuration in the spare he had though. I’m also surprised they had a brand new truck on organics, usually by me that stream is done by the trucks that are on their way out haha I’ve gotta say, that thing was super fresh looking! That was a sweet line you had towards the end too, great compilation!

Thank you! It’s not too often that Ignacio gets a different truck haha. The CNG Python is a neat combo for sure. They use the new trucks for all three streams except for the ZRs which are currently only being used for organics since it’s the lightest stream. I thought the cart line would be a nice addition to the video haha glad you enjoyed!
