Guests of the Bahia Principe Ambar can enjoy an amazing night of cuisine on Gala Night at the main buffet. Typically on Tuesday night, Gala Night is a presentation of incredible food with intricate ice carvings, food carvings, artistically arranged food presentations, etc. It shouldn't be missed.
While we were there, Gala Night was moved to Wednesday night because it was Valentines Day, so be sure to check the week's schedule is there is a special occasion during your stay, this is not to be missed.
