Example of tariff contributes to inflation: The product is sugar which the Philippines export to USA. Right now the Philippines enjoys a less tariff for sugar when exported to the US. If you increase tariff on sugar US will experience high prices of sugar products in the USA😮.
But its not the "Phillipines' shipping it to the USA, there is an actual "IMPORTER OF RECORD" who must be a US ctizen or US company if its coming INTO the United States. So its more about WHO is the US importer who is directing some sugar producer in the Phillipines to ship sugar in exchange for money. How its imported into the US then is all taken care of by transportation companies and brokers. US Customs primary job is to inspect and collect duties on everything and I mean absolutely EVERYTHING that comes into the commerce of the United States regardless of size or value. A broker will tell the importer of record what the duty rate will be and if there are any Duty Free programs the Phillipines enjoy with the US such as a Form A.

Why is it the responsibility of all taxpayers those who don't have children those who are not going to have children to pay for other people's children? Also why is it the responsibility of the tax being citizens to pay for abortions when the greater percentage of abortions are basically a form of birth control these days! I also don't believe that we should be paying for transgender surgeries. If I have to have insurance or I'm going to get penalized on my taxes but I can't get dental care when I have an abscess tooth because I don't have a dental program why in the hell should I be paying for taking care of someone else's children, paying for abortions, and paying for transgender surgery which is not life-threatening! I just truly do not understand the logic behind anyone feeling as though these are things that are the responsibility of every citizen regardless of their position on any of these issues!
