Tuition fees are better if they are affordable. How is the opportunity to do a part-time job besides studying biological subjects? What are the job opportunities after studying biological subject???

Is it okay to ask for funds/scholarships directly to my supervisor or should i ask for this in my application?
I did not have any project at hand. For masters, the supervisor mostly have funding for a particular project. They introduce you to the project for the most part. It is at the PhD level that students are mostly required to write project proposal

You can apply for another masters, and after one year, you can switch to PhD...Depending on funding availability though....

Your funding normally come with admission if you apply for a research program

Yes you can. But you need to look out for Thesis or research masters. There is no scholarship for course based masters.
