I would say Otis or Tyssenkrupp Signa4. I don't like Schindler, they don't work very well and the door timers are awful on them.
What I think is a elevator company came and modded it they did a crappy job fixing it and finishing it. It must be that they don’t maintain it good.

This Dover Impulse needs to be fixed, a new car operating panel, new call stations and indicators. This has to be one of the worst Impulse elevators.
I will never ride it unless they fix it or modernize it. I bet one of the 2 has been done by now
