I don't recommend free clinics. I go to one of the best teaching hospitals in the U.S. Some insurances will cover cost 100%. Before was under medical care was buying my hormones online....self medicated. Hormones were bought through Inhouse pharmacy $600-800.00 a year. Now they require an actual prescription, due to legal changes in the U.S.
Hi babe things in SA are different. The clinic i go to only deals with LGBTQI+ individuals so they know what they are doing and we under the best care & they have different clinics across South Africa so i recommend the free clinics in my country.
