You don’t have many Vaishnaivis on the podcast and she totally made up for that! Champakalata is an incredibly inspiring dedicated soul. And the end was so amazing. That’s the definition of soul mates. Wow. 😊

What a remarkable humble devotee, and beautiful poetry.
I also like the emphasis on being actual friends with people, not superficial but deep friendship.
I see that those who become life long devotees have strong friendships
As always a beautiful and deep podcast
    Thank you

A great podcast. I want the channel to do somethings to improve the quality are make the videos stamp by topics for viewers. Add some close-camera action to show any important details. Your studio need some more lights to bright the room and faces.
    Hare Krishna. 🙏🕉️💖🇧🇩

So what disappointed me was Champakalata's introduction in the first segment of the episode where she specifically named the titles of the scriptures or sastra that inspired her and hoped would inspire others when they read her poems and she even mentioned Krishna several times but conspicuously neglected to mention or give credit to or necessarily praise the author of the scriptures she used for her poems, Srila Prabhupada. Also, it's notable that she mentioned she is a member of iskcon. We know that to jump over the guru or in this case the founder-acarya to get to krishna is not our tradition when it comes to guru parampara. And i dont know the motive for this omission in this case but i suspect because it's become a bit predictable and redundant and, frankly, heartbreaking, that Srila Prabhupada has become or has been turned into a politically incorrect lightning rod due to disagreements or in some instances rejection of some "controversial" subjects srila prabhupada spoke on. We should begin (sad that i feel the need to say we actually need to "begin" doing this) fearlessly and proudly mention srila prabhupada and his irrefutable importance as founder-acarya and jagat guru when citing his books especially if we are using his books, like bhagavad gita AS IT IS, etc, to then write a book, on the cover of which we largely and loudly place the devotee author's name. Thanks!

Oh come on. Relax. Maybe she loves Srila Prabhupada more than you do. How do you know?

It's a Hare Krishna podcast. Everyone knows who Prabhupada is, relax.
