06-11 Civic stock to used JDM swap 1.8 Liter

Stock 2008 USA Civic engine replaced with imported JDM. This engine failed because of the defective cracking engine block casting noted in Honda service bulletin 10-048. Engine had 150k miles but past the 10 year extended warranty. You also want to be careful to not get a reman or used US engine in the years and vins called out in the service bulletin. Just had to change over egr/thermostat block and pressure sensor for v-tech spool valve. I used original throttle on the vehicle.
