Very nice design. Can you include in the first floor a very small room next time? Keep the 3 bedrooms on 2nd floor. This will be good for old people who cannot go upstairs.
Nice layout. Only thing I didn't like was the long low windows in the showers. I think they should be higher up to provide more privacy because although they have opaque glass, if you were showering at night with the lights on, you would be putting on a show for people passing by. Maybe start them 150cm up from the floor to avoid this.
Layout 2 looks better than layout 1 especially spaces like living , dining and kitchen. Makes the space more usable. However, the floor plan did the match the elevation with respect to the reduced balcony size. I assume its from the bedroom.

Doesn’t have a parking space. Otherwise an excellent design. Squarish and corner plot always have added advantages.
