It’s usually no dead weeks. The only time they delay events is if it’s for Anniversary, I.e Ideal City was delayed to start on TW’s 3rd Anniversary

TW server has a habit of delaying events and then release all in short time, or release everything even before the original intended schedule, it happened to every games with TW server

@@yon9906for reference, they delayed Ideal City for almost a whole month or more (for 3rd anniversary), and put Obscure Wanderer, Near Light rerun and Luo Xiaohei collab in front. There was no dead week in between all this.
