Will you be doing any of the siding yourself? I am impressed you fixed the framing stuff. When we did some plumbing we hired a local guy and he didnt mimd showing us the ropes of Pex (easy!). Let me know if you need his name.
I'm going to do the siding with my father in laws help. It's a small pretty simple house so I don't think it will be too hard. I thought about tackling plumbing, but it has to all be done from scratch and I want to make sure everything is to code and watching the plumbers trying to fit everything right makes me glad I hired them!
