I’ve been a professional chef for 20 years. I’m classically French trained. I could argue that I’m one of the best chef’s in my city, and I can say with full confidence that I would fucking destroy that sandwich. The biscuit technique she used has blown my fucking mind. I made the bread you showed after watching this video, and have had to make it almost daily since! family's been putting everything from butter and honey, to rosemary and olive oil on it. literally takes under 4 minutes from start to finish. thank you AF
Lj Jones well for a 10" skillet I use about a cup of AP flour, a tbsp of baking powder, and a tsp of salt (more if I'm feeling salty 😊) mix in half a cup of water or milk, to get the biscuit dough consistency.
Put enough oil to just coat the bottom of pan, and fry away!

I love moms like Auntie Fee. I had one just like her. My mom would be asking me, in July, what I wanted for Thanksgiving 😂 and she'd have it all ready, for me, too. I miss my mom's cooking and wish I'd paid attention more to what she was doing in the kitchen, instead of poking her on the ass and screwing around, while she cooked.
