Don’t know what you said but while Clark is my all time da protein driver, I don’t think anyone could outdrive Nuvolari. Ferdinand Porsche and Enzo Ferrari felt the same.
Pit stops took long, not that the mechanics were particularly slow but they also did not seem to try to be as fast as technically possible at the time - It seems as if arriving at all was almost more important than in which time you arrived..
Once Again--Wonderful Material for those of us who like these videos, shone for our perusal, & for those like me,"Contemplating The Whichness of The Why". Look closely, you'll see the mechanics, who are fixing, changing tyres, adding fuel--they the mechanic--aren't wearing sponsor uniforms,No Helmets, as such. Just going about their jobs for the companies they represent--that is the factories & nation's participating--as I Heard near the end, just before the beginning of World War II. Zo, wha' da ya t'ink ? I'd like how you may reply to my presentation here. C/O RDRT.
Amazing living pictures! What a late Christmas present. Just an ignorant question: 00:48 - is that the bridge at Breidsheid with Ex-Mühle as right-turn?
Haha! this is comedy gold in a way, and so deeply tragic at the same time.. Not the racing itself, but seeing all these people, knowing that many would parish within the next few years.. Great unique footage though! Much appreciated upload!
Den Auto Union Rennstall, für den er nach Bernd Rosemeyers Tod gefahren ist, gab es nach dem Krieg nicht wieder, und so wurde er sogar der erste Privatfahrer, der Motorradweltmeister wurde !
car caught by a fire, but still live pits to race anyway? How the fuck....
Balls. These guys had big balls.
Big balls made of steel..
Mitico ,eroico , insuperabile Tazio Nuvolari ! Leggenda

The fact that these guys can even get these pieces of crap around the track without dying is impressive, let alone do it with speed
2:05 FIRE! ... who is that driver?
Great shots of the crowd waving Seaman on to victory, just amazing!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!
Thanks for these two videos from the grand prix era.

Awful sound effects!!
Erstaunlich, daß H.P.Müller nach dem Krieg wieder Motoradrennen fuhr.
Er ahnte vielleicht, daß er 2 mal Weltmeister werden würde.
