The Bulls having gone from struggling to stay at .500 mid-way through the season to MJ returning and Scottie peaking at this time, I appreciate these games even more leading up to the 95/96. That’s how special that duo was. Anyhow Cleveland toughs out a great and rare W vs Chicago in the low scoring mid 90’s classic.
I remember watching this game live - I actually wished the Bulls had called timeout at 8:05 right after the steal. Don't get me wrong - I understand why they wanted to go with a live ball situation and we'll obviously never know if that would have resulted in a Bulls win - but then they would have had about 6 seconds left to set up a play and a shot. What a game though, despite the low point totals for both teams!
