Great video fam! Pretty rare to see Manny running the streets in LA, he typically does Griffith Park or other trails. Reminds me of Floyd running in Vegas near his gym in Chinatown/ Spring Mountain, definitely great motivation to put the shoes on and knock some miles down

If Manny is in his 20s or 30s, he wiII not train that much. he do such training to compensate his age need stamina for winning. I stiII remember his first time to fight Iebwawa in the US. He trained for onIy 2 weeks (substitute)but he won the fight.
