I have experienced bad things because I had started this practice without permission just out of my mystery unboxing. I always felt as the mirror reflects your internal thoughts and focus you inside out. As soon as i felt the same person like mine (hamzaad). I was not smiling but my hamzaad i cud see was smiling at me. i stopped and then i never continued this practice bcz I didn't know how to control things. Let me tell you that i then had a sleep paralysis episodes and i really wanted to travel to the outside world. But guys please never practice these things on your own. 🙏🙏🙏 May Allah forgive me.
