The ears stuck on William isn't a mistake, It's actually the springlocks stabbed in his head when the spring Bonnie suit malfunctioned, and since that happened, his skull is basically an endoskeleton head, so it's connected.

The reason the Bonnie kid looks like he has no hair is because in Follow Me, he had flat hair unlike the other 3 kids, who had extruded hair. This should have been sinned in "Everything wrong with Follow Me" due to inconsistency.
Extra sin. When Springtrap came running to the animatronics' when he jumps to get Freddy and the end of the shot you can see that he should land around Freddy 's legs while in the next scene he lands around Freddy's face. Don't believe me? Look at 7:19.
A small side note, Springtrap should be smaller than the others, or rather the others should be bigger, since the springlock suit was made to fit a person, but the others weren't. Springtrap would be six and a half feet tall at most from top of head to feet, as the others should be between seven to eight feet comparing their sizes to the room in game.
also they aren't his real eyes because william is possesing the suit and can thus see out of the robotic-looking eyes. plus if they are his real eyes, than where are springbonnie's eyes? it would be a really stupid move to put a eyeless animatronic on stage.

Actually, the ears are bolted to his skull. If you ever end up watching: “what happened inside”, very gory btw disclaimer, you see the ears are shoved into his skull. Actually, if the head was ripped off, where are the springlocks? There are springlocks all inside the suit including the head. I get that it would be hard to try and put that much detail into a simple Minecraft head, but they didn’t even try. Also, if Afton was springlocked and his entire body destroyed inside the suit, why would a knife that somehow managed to summon itself into existence do anything?
Things you missed: 3:10 : Freddy's lower and upper teeth are clipping each other. 5:53 : Chica's wires is smooth while she's running, it's supposed to be wrapped. 7:32 Chica's wires are smooth at that moment, but after when she's holding Springtrap's head, her arms are getting smoothed as if her wires was her hands. 8:51 : Freddy's mouth and teeth are clipping through his shoulder.

This should be a sin. In the beginning you see that the door that Afton breaks down with his "ax" afton does not have to duck down to get in. But Freddy and all the animatronics have to duck. If afton did do murders then why would the door be small enough to fit a child but not a man? If you want to kill somebody then why don't you get to the backroom quicker?
