Chicken 700 gm
Plain yogurt 1/2 cup
Garlic 4 cloves
Ginger 1 tbsp
Coriander powder 1.5 tsp
Cumin powder 1 tsp
Garam masala 1 tsp
Red chili powder 1 tsp
green chili 5-6 pcs
Dried fenugreek leaves 1 tsp
Coriander leaves 3 tbsp
Mustard oil 1 tbsp
Lime juice 3 tbsp
Salt 1.5 tsp
For Raita
Cucumber 2 tbsp
Roasted cumin powder 1 tsp
Salt to taste
Mint leaves chopped
Plain Yogurt 1/2 cup

I would strongly recommend to grind the mix into a paste before adding yogurt. My paste turned runny because of my yogurt. Taste is delicious👌
