Honestly tho I find it great that Blakeley knows and sees how you're feeling, 1. it teaches her that emotions are important no matter how old you get, 2. it shows her that she's got parents who love her very much, and 3. it teaches her empathy from a young age.

It's so sweet that you feel this way and you have such a wonderful support system in your husband. Not to mention your daughter's are going to be such wonderful people as they grow older and be very understanding, sweet, and helpful to others.
I understand your momma heart. I went through this, and it was really bad once my sons graduated and both joined the military. I had horrible empty nest syndrome. Im better now, but I still have days I really miss them.

Don't worry, I know it's hard, but just because they're starting to sleep in their bedrooms doesn't mean you can't stay with them some times, or maybe you can take them in your room, if you miss them
It happens faster than you think. Spend two years teaching them to walk and talk. The next 16 you're telling them to sit down and a shut up. Then they are gone. Our lives are only a smidgen of time here. I'm 49 and dying. Enjoy all the moments like this you can. Because it's only the memories you can take w you.

Being an Indian parent....we can't imagine to sleep away from our baby.Once my 3 year old daughter slept with her grandparents I didn't sleep for the whole night waiting for her to come.
