I'm glad to hear that the level of his stress hormones are at lower levels than on most CAGED animals, though I doubt that he is happy and his life is fulfilling. How can you even talk about fulfillment when you talk about someone who never gets to be where he's supposed to be, wild and free in the woods?
Why do you assume that he lives in the corner captured by the limited perspective of a video lense? Naong lives in a Swedish zoo, and Swedish zoos need to live up to high standards. Naong has spacious and well equipped indoor and outdoor areas, as well as a fulfilling social life. Recent tests of his stress hormones show levels well below what is average in European zoos.

it's horrible to see that he lives there, in that little cage
I am also aware of the fact that the Swedish laws on the well being on animals don't apply for animals used for medical tests/animal experiments.
