I didn’t buy it until I read the director Shawn Levy’s tweet, saying how Stranger Things prepared him to keep his mouth shut and how it’s been “burning a hole through his lips for weeks.” After seeing that, I absolutely believe Jackman is back as Wolverine. And all I can say is…WOW.

I literally cried when I saw the news, Wolverine is one of my favorite characters of all time and I adore his dynamic with Deadpool in the comics. I even have custom made plushies of the two. There are very few characters Logan has such complex relationships with. Not to even mention Deadpool's cute interactions with Laura and Gabby ahhh, imma make sure to get all my checkups done to be alive and thriving for the premiere in 2024 😭❤️

In 2017 i cried not only because a character so impactful in my life died in the movie, my favourite marvel superhero since i was 7, 20 now, then when i heard it was Hugh’s last time as Wolverine i was devastated, no one will ever take up the mantle as Wolverine better than him thank you so much Hugh, definitely worth the tears of joy today.

And it makes sense anyway, since he's an icon, the fans love for him to come back as Wolverine, this time in the MCU, and could do a couple of team up movies here and there. All I know for sure is that in Deadpool 3, its about Deadpool and Wolverine going into our main Marvel Universe, even joining in Secret Wars as well.

'One last time'..... 😏😏 As IF THIS will be the last time we'll see Hugh as Wolverine. I got fooled back in 2017 w/ 'Logan' as the "last" we would see him in the role.
@@COSun25 Yeah, I really don't think this will "really" be Hugh Jackman's last time playing as Wolverine. What's the point of bringing him in for one movie, and then after that hes gone? I'm pretty sure that Ryan Reynolds is only saying that due to NDA contracts of what Hugh Jackman said right now. Because keep in mind that there's also Secret Wars, and possibly more MCU movies that Hugh Jackman has to be in as well. And considering that Deadpool 3 will focus both Ryan Reynolds and Hugh Jackman teleported into the MCU, it doesn't seem like Hugh Jackman is hanging up the coat just yet.👍

I think Ryan himself doing this is what saved it from leaking. Tbh Marvel should just do all the Deadpool marketing with Ryan in charge considering how much he loves marketing and Deadpool.

This is the perfect situation to bring him back. The MCU is in the middle of all this multiverse stuff, so Hugh doesn’t even have to play his Wolverine from Fox and he doesn’t have to play the main Wolverine for the MCU. He can be a variant from another universe and just be a 1 and done deal. Or if he does wanna stay, he can be the MCU’s official Wolverine. It’s a win, win for Hugh Jackman.

i’m a HUGE wolverine/X-men fan and have, believe it or not, JUST recently had my first viewing of ‘Logan’ a few days ago. such a phenomenal movie, and then to immediately see that the legend hugh jackman is returning brought a tear to my eye. i can’t wait to see how the future of the MCU unfolds.

This is by far the greatest news for a Marvel fan to hear this is going to be epic and could that mean that their going to have Deadpool and Wolverine kill the Fox universe and have the old X-men cast come back for one more time and tease us that the X-men are coming
I'm so torn. On one hand, I'm excited to see Hugh Jackman as Wolverine again. On the other hand, I feel Logan was a perfect send-off for him in this role and coming back to the increasingly complicated and convoluted MCU might taint that, at least in my eye.

Logan always felt like it's own thing. Because we know how logan ended up in the main fox timeline with the ending of days of future past which was set around the same time of 2029/2024
