Very real and honest man. Not the talk big type. Not the Typical one that boast they are the only one, best one, .... blah blah blah. Difficult to find a real man talk nowadays in this affluent Singapore. All wearing a mask. I will go and eat even if it's so so. But I think it's good.
Wear mask got haze da deh!
True
Woon Chung Liong not the hkg mask. I don't think you understand.

Such a humble soul. No insecurites. And they explained quiet well.
Best ever I had in Singapore. Owner is a cool chap too. Talking about it makes me want to go there now.
I'm from Hyderabad and I feel jealous since he cook good Hyderabadi biryani even though he is not from Hyderabad. May Lord gives you more success!
Mohammed Wasey Siddiqui this was pretty authentic - I’m gonna try!
Cooking is a gift, from god. Many can cook, only 1 person impress with their cooking. Secondly, its a blessing, he fills our stomach with food. Because we bring nothing with us, when we leave this world, so good food is important.
Wishing him all the success in his venture. Humility & dedication.

More of this chief please, he is very good presenter and makes me hungry 😭👍👍👍
Wow,
What more can I say.
Very informative and educative information from MR BRIYANI.
Makes my mouth salivate listening to the narration.
I live in Ireland, the only briyanis we get are the ones dished out by Bangladeshis and Pakistani take aways or restaurants.
They stir fry briyanis by the order and add in boiled rice and spices and sauce and meat and they charge you a fortune for cheap quality grub. (25 euros /37 Singapore dollars.)
Any wonder they are very wealthy by robbing their customers by serving shitty briyanis.
I love Mr.Biryani food..the best Biryani in Singapore.
Take a shot everytime this man says "Biryani"
RIP liver lmao
Life is better when we dine together
Such a lovely sentence
My grandmother we'd was from Hyderabad. She'd spend all day grinding the spices by hand and made the best Biryani I've ever had.
Chef is very open about real cooking. Biryani really depends upon the water we get in a country. It may be the same recipe yet the water makes a lot of difference.
He speak truth... and acknowledging all type of biriyani .. great ...
Different culture - different taste , not one higher one lower ...
Will come and taste your food Mr Govind.. nice presentation.. simply superb..
Thanks for the explanation of the different biryani! I've been looking for the type that I liked when I was in Singapore.
Very nice guy who is simply very passionate about his authentic Hyderabadi Biriyani.
Well done Sir, wish you all the best. I'm off now to make Biriyani, bye. One of the best foods of India / Pakistan. Yummy, yum, yum.
Humble man...excellent
amazing work as always btw
It's very hard to find the best biryani in Singapore because there's just so many, I've had very good ones the rice fluffy like eating cotton candy and very well marinated tender chicken but even then I also don't think it's the one and only, even those appear in the news also cannot claim the best and I tried most of those. is hard for anyone to claim their biryani to be the best.
Wah wah... zabardast Chef Govind 👍
I would be sure to drop by if I'm ever in Singapore
Wow...he's very technical for a plate of rice. Salute.
awesome video and great looking briyani! gather a group of friends and play a drinking game, every time he says the word "biryani" take a shot and replay the video 3 times
love the passion.. love the knowledge.. love the biryani..
Respect his honesty
Agreed that Mr. Biryani is the best restaurant in Singapore.

😥😖Great~~
🤤This made me really very hungry now!! Yummy looking..
It's true. Wherever you go in India, Hyderabadi Dum Biriyani is the OG. Though other states might say their's is good, but it is acknowledged throughout India that Hyderabad is home to the most authentic type of biriyani in terms of its cooking technique called "Dum" which translates to baked. The process of layering rice and marinated uncooked meat is typical of Hyderabadi Dum Biriyani. If you ever travel to Hyderbad, go to Paradise Biriyani shop. It is known throughout india as the best place for biriyani where celebrities have gone to to try the food!
Its kacchi akhni ki biryani, delhi , Lucknowi and muradabadi are half cooked. Kolkata biryani has potatoes.
Nice man, wish him lots of success!
Nice man. good food. Well done. Restaurant is abit small..but they will open a second branch soon.
that looked amazing
Real cook sir
Mouthwatering. I love such spicy foods. I can't cook tho. 😔

Did You tasted Kerala thalassery and Kozhikod dhum biryani????
Drooling alot watching this... gonna try this for sure... 😜👍
Hats off to hard working immigrants every where. The rice looks delicious!
Govind u r legend.
This is exactly how i make my biryani (i use shaan sindhi biryani masala) and everyone LOVES it. I use a dutch oven. But like he said, you need LOTS of fried onions.
He talking about Deccan Hyderabadi biryani, not potato filled, apricot seeds infused Sindh Hyderabadi fried rice.
@@trumpetfriday8971 yeah obviously. I only use the sindhi masala bcs i like the spice but i cook it the hyderabadi dum kacchi way.
I too use Shaan masala here in the Netherlands. I think Shaan masala is from Pakistan. All the different ones taste great, better than any I've tried before. In fact I personally like the mutton biryani spice a lot. There are a couple others too, I think Bombay biryani spice, and a more general Biryani mix. Actually I have not tried Sindhi biryani masala yet. :) I think I check it out.
My tummy got growling for this Biryani
take a shot everytime he says briyani
Dudddeeee
hahahah wtf i made the same comment today and i just saw ur comment
You can do big things when you have love in your heart.

impossible to find pork biryani unless you make it by yourself as biryani is famous dish from our muslim bros an they cant have pork meat
Do u serve mutton as i only see chicken????
God, I so wish I could eat that right now. I can almost taste it, torture!!!!!!!
Touture😀
I live in hyderabadi and i have biryani every once a week😀
Cool guy 😊
The most cleaniest i've seen a indian guy cooked a biryani!
did he just add ginger garlic to boil rice ?
How many times did he say Biryani?
open in KL please
What kind of rice do they use for Biryani ? is it basmati? and what's the difference between biryani and chinese fried rice? is it just the spices?
it's like pilaf amazing the arabic influence through the region
@Vishwas Singh it goes both ways i guess
This is the typical Biryani you will get in India compared to the singapore/malay nasi biryani.
Looks damn tasty
I want to do this all day...
I'll be visiting his place of business
i love black cardamon in briyani, you guys have to use
👌🏼
I legitly look at it, all i can tell is that its not as bright orange yellow like our normal briyani, the colour don't look as appetising, then again, Kolo Mee look so colorless it tastes nice.
Because this is the authenthic biryani from India, different from the Malay version.
You're in for a surprise. This is so much more flavorful, spicy and not oily as compared to the Nasi Briyani you get around Singapore.
Yes Mr Biryani is good. Wonder how people like Alaudin Biryani (not authentic at all even the rice). Even Mark Weins.
