The loudest I have heard people cheer for Kurt Busch in a long time. Kurt has emerged from the bad guy everybody used to love to hate, to the guy people love because he isn’t afraid to say what he wants to say. He’s really mellowed out a lot from his 2010 to 2013 years.
Ironhardt_8 Yeah, he has really matured. Good for him, and it was nice to see #18 giving him a brotherly break.
Problem Kurt really had was being the face of the origin of radio sweetheart. Not Jimmy Spencer's fault, but fans seem to complain about drivers complaining alot. He had a couple of heated moments with pit reporters but he wasn't the only one. Not to mention the fans completely flipped opinions when his name and reputation was dragged through the mud after an accusation by an ex girlfriend
He's happier and way more mature. Definitely not a bad guy in my book anymore. His brother on the other hand...

I cheered yes on my bed at that ending. That was amazing. I was so happy for him. I knew when the restart happened Kurt had it when he went wide and shot out like a rocket.

@@despacitosuarez The cars don't have to fit post race templates anymore. So I'm not quite sure what kind of inspection they do now. Have you noticed how many drivers are standing on the roof of the cars now after a win? That used to big a no-no.
@@bigelile07 they basically strip the car down and check everything about it. If there is an illegal part then the win or finishing position won't count

Bryan Potter I had a feeling Kyle was not willing to wreck his brother. He probably knew he would have been booed and hated on for the rest of his career mercifully if he did. We have seen him easily wreck people before for the win and had a chance to her. I really do believe he backed off and let his brother have this one. I could be wrong.

Yeah, I used to hate him when he was in Penske and Phoenix Racing. He seems more chill now that he's matured. I started rooting for him ever since he won at Daytona a while back.
