Great to get insight into what week leading up to game day and am really keen to hear more about game day prep in reards to thigs like sleep, nutrition, stretching nerves/ mindset/ self talk but also any / habits/ superstitions you have like packing bag, listening to music, travelling to game, left sock fist etc. keen to hear heaps of mindset stuff such as your process for dealing with loss, disappointment, injury, taking feedback, reviewing own game and learning from mistakes, staying positive, making good choices, rallying team when game sliping away, set backs/ not giving up etc. i know a lot of young players,my son included, who look up to you, your game style and longevity in the game and really appreciate you talking about this stuff. cheers. go cowboys!!
