We always love shooting sunsets there! We will be there the 27th of June to photograph the lake and into Yosemite...so glad to see the vegetation is growing back after the fire.

Great job sharing this place! We went here a few years ago, but it was hot and our old black Lab was having a hard time understanding why we would take her to a lake on a hot day and not let her swim 🤣 (awww sweet dog - we miss her). I would love to spend a few hours here next time! Except replacement Lab will want to swim too...

I was there a few years ago. Read a sign that people brought water to add to lake trying to save it
