I love the old radio magazines. thank you for sharing. 73, Luis CU2IJ
Yes, this is awesome. I found my AR mentor from 1969 in an old Callbook, now SK. Gone but not forgotten. He homebrewed all his gear except his Heath Two'er.
Next I'll search the ARC Newsletters for the Las Cumbres ARC, K6FB Summit Sentinel that I published for the club for a year in the 1980s.
So mind blowing to know this kind of archival work is going on. It will be an immense treasure trove if we survive long enough in order to be able to indulge in it. Great work. (Sub).
Thank you so much.
I had to laugh at the old Reese's commercial as I am sitting here eating Reese's ice cream. I'm one of those old guys who can say he was on the internet before it was the internet. Used Arpanet and Usenet back my Army days. Used to connect to a DEC 2060 mainframe from a Franklin Ace 1000 (Apple IIe computable) on a 300 baud manual connect modem. Appreciate finding out about the Library. 73
That reminds me...I had asked if you wanted a collection of old service manuals on microfiche and never got a response. I'll have to get back to you on that.
Or maybe I was the one who dropped the ball....(actually sounds more likely)
