    7:25 It is important to note that improved targeting destroy blocking only allows you to destroy only one piece of blocking terrain or a wall. Improved targeting blocking allows you to target through multiple squares of blocking terrain or walls without destroying it.

      Thanks for your support! It’s worth noting that these videos have become out of date with the big 2023 rules change. I do plan on making a video on the changes. But that’ll have to wait until May.

    Hello! 13:02 15:50 so if attacker rolls critical hit who defends rolls to avoid the damage but it takes 1 damage and knocback of critical hit? Is it right?
    Another question please. 17:35 if you take the control of an enemy character, ability says "move and attack" it means it has a charge or a running shot? After the resolve that character recieves an action token?

      So for your first question, if you roll a critical hit and the attacker reduces all the damage to 0, like from Impervious, then they wouldn’t take any extra damage. However, you cannot use super senses to evade a critical hit, all the damage would go through.
      Mind control, however, doesn’t give charge or running shot. The character can move half their movement then attack. It’s not charge/running shot because those powers combo with other powers like Flurry, Mind Control, Pulsewave, Energy Explosion (you can’t do anything that requires a CLOSE or RANGE action). However, powers that are always on do work, such as Blades Claws Fangs, Exploit Weakness, Quake (anything that doesn’t require a CLOSE/RANGE) action. You also don’t give the mind controlled character an action token because you never give them an “action”.

      You have to break away for BOTH moves now really?? Why did they have to do my boy HSS so dirty..

      @@FoxTokenGames Unfortunately HSS only grants Improved Movement Move Through. If only Dark Flash had traited Improved Movement Characters he wouldn’t have to break away. ☹️

      Break away happens before moving, not during moving. The example is correct.

      @@Alakhai you must breakaway any time you move and start adjacent to an opposing character unless you have improved movement characters. HSS is move, attack, move.

    The probability control animation was amazing hahaha I have a question, what happens if a friendly character is adjadcent to me (flyer) but engaged with and opponent and I use carry on them to try to take he or she away?

      Thanks! I was really proud of that part. If a piece is carried away from an enemy, you don’t have to break away. You only have to break away if the carrier is adjacent to an opposing character Let me know if that helps!

    If I knockback them against a wall, do they still take damage?
    If my target is already adjacent to a wall, can I still knock them back for that extra damage?

      Unfortunately, no. Knockback Damage has been removed from the game. (Also if you’re a returning player, Knockback is now up to 3 squares flat, and isn’t tied to how much damage you deal)

    Are we sure that a critical hit, gets passed Super Senses and Mastermind?

      Yes. “12.3c “Becomes”
      Some effects cause a character to become the target, or hit or missed target, of an attack and use the term “becomes”. When this occurs, the affected character(s) automatically become whatever the effect specified and bypass any effects that would cause the attack or hit or Miss to be illegal”
      So since Mastermind and SS trigger “when the character would be hit” this is instantly bypassed because the target “becomes hit”.

      This also applies for things like Shapechange and Energy Explosion. Since energy explosion says they “become” targets, and Shape Change says “when they would be targeted”
