When I experienced the kundalini while sleeping, I experienced an intense orange fiery rush push out my crown. It was a short period where I had to take a deep breath then I passed back out. When I woke up I felt a pure heavenly bliss of love and feeling like I AM everything and a remembrance that everything is Consciousness/Awareness. It was a mystical remembrance and inner knowing. Along this journey it has taught me that I can change my reality by shifting my focus, being mindful of my thoughts and I find myself meditating more naturally 2 years after meeting my twin. It’s worth going through the Ego death to remember your true self and the growth you experience.

It began when i noticed that, when following a train of thought about my life and future, i could exchange myself and my twin in every context except the physical, without affecting the outcome. When i tried this with other people, it worked at some times but not others. This intrigued me - like i had found one end of a piece of string and wondered what was on the other end. So i waited until there was a scenario that i needed to think through that was complex enough so that i couldn't hold the entire narrative in my mind in one go. I began my train of thought, and every time i encountered myself or my twin, i switched roles, without affecting the context. The thoughts gathered velocity and i found that i could switch back and forth without slowing. Then i felt my spirit begining to rise, entering into a space where our incarnate bodies were two windows - until that point i had been observing the world through either one, expecting that we were separate beings. Now i had gained a dual perspective, and sure enough, my divine twin had reached the same position, even though we were apart the whole time. Ascension came rapidly after that. ☯️

I took Kurt's course a year ago and I learned a whole lot about the twin flame experience. I am happy to say a year later I am in a much better place. I am not in "union" with my twin as I am married and she's in a relationship, but we are on good terms with each other and I see her a few times a month (I'm a customer at her shop where we met). I realized the journey was and always is about me and she's just coming along as another part of me. I have surrendered to the idea that we may or may not be together and I am perfectly fine if we are not. There's a tiny part of me however (with this video reaffirming it through the reported signs) that believes she will be in my life at some point in the future, but I am not putting too much thought into that as I have a life to live. I'm not chasing her. I've got me to work on in the end.
When I started noticing the repeating numbers, I started Googling and found twin souls. I cried because I finally knew why I felt this way. I had never heard of twin flames and everything fell into place. Now 3 years later I see 33 several times a day
Seeing repeating numbers doesn't necessarily mean anything in my experience or observing other people's comments. Nothing actually follows it. It might mean we're more in tune. But that's it.

There's so many things that will fall away, friends, family, business associates and others.But at the same time you will gain so much more than what you lose from the new life experiences and new acquaintances you make. The wisdom that you will gain from all that you lose, will make it well worth it in the end.
This video is so informative. Yes, everyone's journey is different. Apparently, I have been on the spiritual journey since learning to meditate many years ago. Everything has happened very slowly. My TF and I are old folks now, and met five years ago. I doubt the connection at times, but he is a TF . Even my intuition confirms it. We had four good years together, experiencing all the stages and a "slow fade" pull away until he dumped me for another. I have experienced everything except seeing the numbers. Since the breakup six months ago, I have been in NC mostly in solitude, detoxed, detatched, read the books, meditated, experienced Satori briefly at times, etc. DNOTS and obsessive thinking have ended. I feel really good. Manifesting my new life in the 3D. No more Tarot watching. Soon I will cease watching anything concerning TF as I have enough information. I am focusing on my life and my plans. I have not seen him for six months. He butt dialed me a couple weeks ago. I still think of him at times, though not obsessively. He didn't block me and wanted to be friends while dating his new love. Nope. For some strange reason I have started dreaming about him and feeling his energy. I am also getting intuitive messages about him. Kind of strange. I feel neutral about him now. I guess it's all part of the journey.

100% speaking to a therapist truly helped me so much. Helped me know that having an ego isn’t bad, but to learn to remember how to have a healthy relationship with my ego. Very interesting, clarified how being myself is so satisfying & protecting myself isn’t what I thought it was. 🤓
Our therapist happened to be a twin flame in union - my twin suffered bpd/cptsd and needed CBT/dbt to connect with her inner child, which had to happen before we could reach ascension. But however hard she tried, the therapist couldn't get her to understand about inner child work - until the day I decided to try icw for myself, and then suddenly my twin started doing it without prompting. The healing process from bpd is so fulfilling compared to a "healthy relationship", and coupled with kundalini awakening it became a manifest force that we could see, hear, and touch. ☯️
Being exactly as you say, and one cannot explain it but somehow the knowing is there, making sense but no explanation of the why possible, I never had that ever in my life before and I know this will never go away either- that is for sure!
When talking about ego death I am living through this in a huge way! Meeting my twin has been absolutely earth shattering! I am becoming and have already became a different person. My old beliefs have flipped completely, in the space of a few month! What is remarkable also is the change I had undergone before meeting. I was heavily abusing substances which are no longer part of my life. The way it happened is perfect and prepared me for what I am now experiencing. I was part of a political organisation in a big way and this is now gone from my life, it previously shaped who I was. Leaving was incredibly difficult for me but i knew it was necessary. It was central to my existence and now I am forced to re-examine who I am in the most profound and life changing way. The emotional difficulties, the longing and insecurities that I am feeling can be incredibly painful but I am grateful for all of it and the way it is helping me to grow. I know there is no other way for me now.
I am seeing the numbers Kurt and feel sensations everyday. Heart activating, root and sacral activation and crown 😮. I have this deep knowing we are going to be together. There’s something else I’m doing as well. I see my soul attracting abundance, attracting a golden light energy towards my soul. There’s no narrative to it and I try not to speculate or try to come up with how it will happen . I attract high vibration energy towards my soul to align mind and body because I’m soul consciousness I feel we can manipulate energy to come to us and it has nothing to do with my TF. Thanks for posting, I realized I just want to move on which I did in little over a year but this connection, invisible cords if you will, that keeps him attached to me when am pretty much done with all of it. I honestly don't care for this interaction, I just want it to stop. If I never see or be connected to him for the rest of my life, am alright with it, I want him to stop contacting me and I feel so lost trying to do that, I've tried all kinds of cord cutting / releasing, etc. I'd feel better for months or years and then boom when I least expect it. I have been on this journey just over a year. I have been doing everything in your program. I decided to re-watch the course again because I have been feeling great. I ended up having another dnots on Friday. I haven't felt anything like this since May. I was in such a fear state of mind. Today they don't even matter again. I have been shifting so much this weekend. I felt the kundalini shove me in bed last night. I haven't felt it this entire time! Everyone's journey really is that different!

I can tell it’s them by the energy felt (everyone has a different imprint, that’s how I know who’s coming through) and the joy within my heart. Some come through and the energy goes straight out my crown. When you went through the signs, I THOUGHT “I don’t have any weird energy shit”🤣. As for us physically together🤷🏻♀️ I have these flashes of us together, mainly when I think about my dream of living in a container home on a block of fully self sufficient land. All these will happen but not simultaneously.The happenings will happen at diferent timings for every individuals.Some will know after 4 to 5 years suddenly the divine will let you know about this journey completely out of the blue . Untill then you will go crazy and confused. One thing is for sure both of you keep coming back together nothing will let the connection break.Divine will control the timing and you will only keep thinking about the srincrunity and say to yourself wow that just happened and how was the timing so timed when both of you are living your own life. Okay....i am in a situation where i have been very confused for a while now.....i have dreamt about a girl i never even met before for about 7 years from 2016 to 22...the dreams were so vivid & some were lucid dreams....i spent most of my time in the rural finding myself in those years....seeing angel numbers every direction....i started realising my spiritual gifts in that solitude.... January 2023 i had to go back to the urban & first thing i noticed when i got back there was a house i recognised from a lucid dream about the girl & then i same time i knew i was close to the girl i have been seeing & the person that matched all that i was shown through the years i know.....i tried every trick to tell her how much i've been shown her but she is not interested & says she will never be......so i am asking myself...why was i shown this person so much & yet she isn't interested...on the other side most thing said on this channel resonate with me...& i cannot forget about her...i am not even so sure if this is a twin flame or not
My brother died two weeks ago....I am almost 6 years on this journey and now I realize that it all led to this point that I can handle it with as much peace and sanity as possible otherwise I would jump under the train...we had a very special bond on the deepest level possible

I do know it is him. I think he knows it too. Now, i realized .. maybe the timing is not quite right yet. He has alot of things that he needs to shred his ego. I have few things i need to do before i can move on to next chapter. Sucks i know, but, really. His ego is what kept us apart. It is fine by me. I can keep it going.
19:39 Funny part is that even the Bible says it's okay to get angry. Though it's followed quickly by the caveat to not sin, don't dwell in that anger (i.e. let the sun go down on it), and do not give the devil a foothold/opportunity. Because anger is just another emotion that comes and goes, but if we hold onto it then we can get entrapped in egoic responses and patterns again. All things are permissible, but not everything builds us up or is of benefit to us. A big part of the spiritual journey is that process of identifying what's no longer serving us and letting go of it, which just happens to include the obsessive thinking and worrying about our other self. When we trust that all that occurs is meant to help us grow and be more in tune with the Source of all that is, if our other self has a role in our life they will fall into place eventually and there's no need to dwell or be concerned about it not happening on our time table. And even if union with them in a physical level isn't in the cards, that just means better/more fulfilling stuff is out there to be brought in. A little over a month after I started watching Kurt's vids and then had that "oh" moment while watching the Samadhi film (particularly in part 2) and then reading The Power of Now + detoxing, my other self wanted to come back in and be friends. At this point she comes and goes since we're long distance, and I just focus on my own stuff when we aren't hanging together. But it doesn't tend to be long before she blows up my DMs and wants to watch something or play something together, lol. So I'm looking forward to what 2024 and beyond will bring, and overall just feel incredibly grateful that I found this channel. Prior to that I was very much in the obsessive thinking and it had been going on for a couple months at that point. Having so many "aha" moments back to back has just been such a blessing, and it feels like I learn more and more as I go along this journey I unknowingly set myself up to go on.
Hi Kurt. Can you do the video or explain what is the difference between TF's and soul ties? So called ungodly soul ties have the same patterns of obsessive thinking and a feeling like you have no control over your thoughts about the person. There are a lot of other resemblances and now I have no idea if I have a TF or a toxic soul tie that won't let me be. 😢
The obsessive thinking drives me crazy. And i kept asking myself why? Why am I thinking about him? Can't sleep - crying in the fetal position! Then taking a pill to sleep to only sleep 1 hour!
Hi kurt sir iam from India. I am experienced dark night of the soul in this i slept only one hour remaing 23 hours experienced with lot of pain. He came in my dreams, angel numbers, butterflies, squirrel pair, swan pair, heart vibrations, throught vibrations, right eye twitching, skin to skin contact. I believe I have found my twin flame, we’ve now been together 6 and 1/2 years. The moment we met for the first time it’s as if time slowed way down as we looked into one another’s eyes, everyone else and everything else around us faded and it was unlike anything I’d experienced before and have never since experienced again. since that day we’ve been inseparable. At times I know what’s he’s thinking/feeling and vise versa. The sex is out of this world, sorry tmi but unlike anything I’ve ever experienced and honestly never knew this was possible. We’ve had lots of external forces trying to pull us apart but we come back each time stronger than ever. We had a baby recently and I suppose that’s why I’m looking into this. Our child is an old soul in my opinion, and she’s well beyond her years. She’s extremely smart for her age, and also seems to be an empath. At times it’s as if she’s conversating with other beings (no one there) but I never get scary vibes) however I need to know more. I’m curious if twin flames produce rainbow/indigo/or crystal children? Research has not yielded much clarification, and I’m trying to learn more for spiritual awaking and understanding. I love this comment for multiple reasons and it’s not TMI! It’s important for people to read and understand these things. Many people don’t understand that engagement with your twin flame, from the most meaningless interactions to intimacy is an entirely different realm of connection and feeling. So many people wasting divine energy on people they don’t truly connect with on a spiritual level. I experienced all 5 exponentially over the last 6 months. Meant my TF a little over a year ago and it have been the most horrible emotional journey and yet the best thing that ever happened. Some of the signed are still happening and off and on and others all the time. Some I’ve had my entire life which this experience opened up to me but nowhere near the intensity like this.
I know my heart beat sofast annoyingly at gym before even starting regular work out 🥺started on button to treadmill and he started working 10 ft away from me but in my sight . Got shaky for 2 min then had to look down and raise height of treadmill to not see him that time and continue exercise. After 25 min everything else was fine. I think ive experienced all the other except for #2 i dont see numbers and I see the same 3 colors EVERYWHERE and so does the person that i see as my twin flame. Pink and blue everywhere and if its not pink and blue its purple and blue or some combo of the 3 xD. The constant crying over it all and not having a real reason. could be cause they were just dumped by someone and my overthinking brain says they'll get back together. despite that i do see us in the end being together, just got a few hurdles to jump over.

I took Kurt's course a year ago and I learned a whole lot about the twin flame experience. I am happy to say a year later I am in a much better place. I am not in "union" with my twin as I am married and she's in a relationship, but we are on good terms with each other and I see her a few times a month (I'm a customer at her shop where we met). I realized the journey was and always is about me and she's just coming along as another part of me. I have surrendered to the idea that we may or may not be together and I am perfectly fine if we are not. There's a tiny part of me however (with this video reaffirming it through the reported signs) that believes she will be in my life at some point in the future, but I am not putting too much thought into that as I have a life to live. I'm not chasing her. I've got me to work on in the end.

This video is so informative. Yes, everyone's journey is different. Apparently, I have been on the spiritual journey since learning to meditate many years ago. Everything has happened very slowly. My TF and I are old folks now, and met five years ago. I doubt the connection at times, but he is a TF . Even my intuition confirms it. We had four good years together, experiencing all the stages and a "slow fade" pull away until he dumped me for another. I have experienced everything except seeing the numbers. Since the breakup six months ago, I have been in NC mostly in solitude, detoxed, detatched, read the books, meditated, experienced Satori briefly at times, etc. DNOTS and obsessive thinking have ended. I feel really good. Manifesting my new life in the 3D. No more Tarot watching. Soon I will cease watching anything concerning TF as I have enough information. I am focusing on my life and my plans. I have not seen him for six months. He butt dialed me a couple weeks ago. I still think of him at times, though not obsessively. He didn't block me and wanted to be friends while dating his new love. Nope. For some strange reason I have started dreaming about him and feeling his energy. I am also getting intuitive messages about him. Kind of strange. I feel neutral about him now. I guess it's all part of the journey.

Our therapist happened to be a twin flame in union - my twin suffered bpd/cptsd and needed CBT/dbt to connect with her inner child, which had to happen before we could reach ascension. But however hard she tried, the therapist couldn't get her to understand about inner child work - until the day I decided to try icw for myself, and then suddenly my twin started doing it without prompting. The healing process from bpd is so fulfilling compared to a "healthy relationship", and coupled with kundalini awakening it became a manifest force that we could see, hear, and touch. ☯️

When talking about ego death I am living through this in a huge way! Meeting my twin has been absolutely earth shattering! I am becoming and have already became a different person. My old beliefs have flipped completely, in the space of a few month!
What is remarkable also is the change I had undergone before meeting. I was heavily abusing substances which are no longer part of my life. The way it happened is perfect and prepared me for what I am now experiencing.
I was part of a political organisation in a big way and this is now gone from my life, it previously shaped who I was. Leaving was incredibly difficult for me but i knew it was necessary. It was central to my existence and now I am forced to re-examine who I am in the most profound and life changing way.
The emotional difficulties, the longing and insecurities that I am feeling can be incredibly painful but I am grateful for all of it and the way it is helping me to grow.
I know there is no other way for me now.

I have been on this journey just over a year. I have been doing everything in your program. I decided to re-watch the course again because I have been feeling great. Okay....i am in a situation where i have been very confused for a while now.....i have dreamt about a girl i never even met before for about 7 years from 2016 to 22...the dreams were so vivid & some were lucid dreams....i spent most of my time in the rural finding myself in those years....seeing angel numbers every direction....i started realising my spiritual gifts in that solitude.... January 2023 i had to go back to the urban & first thing i noticed when i got back there was a house i recognised from a lucid dream about the girl & then i same time i knew i was close to the girl i have been seeing & the person that matched all that i was shown through the years i know.....i tried every trick to tell her how much i've been shown her but she is not interested & says she will never be......so i am asking myself...why was i shown this person so much & yet she isn't interested...on the other side most thing said on this channel resonate with me...& i cannot forget about her...i am not even so sure if this is a twin flame or not

19:39 Funny part is that even the Bible says it's okay to get angry. Though it's followed quickly by the caveat to not sin, don't dwell in that anger (i.e. let the sun go down on it), and do not give the devil a foothold/opportunity. Because anger is just another emotion that comes and goes, but if we hold onto it then we can get entrapped in egoic responses and patterns again. All things are permissible, but not everything builds us up or is of benefit to us. A big part of the spiritual journey is that process of identifying what's no longer serving us and letting go of it, which just happens to include the obsessive thinking and worrying about our other self. When we trust that all that occurs is meant to help us grow and be more in tune with the Source of all that is, if our other self has a role in our life they will fall into place eventually and there's no need to dwell or be concerned about it not happening on our time table. And even if union with them in a physical level isn't in the cards, that just means better/more fulfilling stuff is out there to be brought in.
A little over a month after I started watching Kurt's vids and then had that "oh" moment while watching the Samadhi film (particularly in part 2) and then reading The Power of Now + detoxing, my other self wanted to come back in and be friends. At this point she comes and goes since we're long distance, and I just focus on my own stuff when we aren't hanging together. But it doesn't tend to be long before she blows up my DMs and wants to watch something or play something together, lol. So I'm looking forward to what 2024 and beyond will bring, and overall just feel incredibly grateful that I found this channel. Prior to that I was very much in the obsessive thinking and it had been going on for a couple months at that point. Having so many "aha" moments back to back has just been such a blessing, and it feels like I learn more and more as I go along this journey I unknowingly set myself up to go on.

So called ungodly soul ties have the same patterns of obsessive thinking and a feeling like you have no control over your thoughts about the person. I believe I have found my twin flame, we’ve now been together 6 and 1/2 years. The moment we met for the first time it’s as if time slowed way down as we looked into one another’s eyes, everyone else and everything else around us faded and it was unlike anything I’d experienced before and have never since experienced again. since that day we’ve been inseparable. At times I know what’s he’s thinking/feeling and vise versa. The sex is out of this world, sorry tmi but unlike anything I’ve ever experienced and honestly never knew this was possible. We’ve had lots of external forces trying to pull us apart but we come back each time stronger than ever. We had a baby recently and I suppose that’s why I’m looking into this. At times it’s as if she’s conversating with other beings (no one there) but I never get scary vibes) however I need to know more. I know my heart beat sofast annoyingly at gym before even starting regular work out 🥺started on button to treadmill and he started working 10 ft away from me but in my sight . Got shaky for 2 min then had to look down and raise height of treadmill to not see him that time and continue exercise. After 25 min everything else was fine. I think ive experienced all the other except for #2 i dont see numbers and I see the same 3 colors EVERYWHERE and so does the person that i see as my twin flame. Pink and blue everywhere and if its not pink and blue its purple and blue or some combo of the 3 xD.
