Thank you so much for the 123 stitch story! I bought the same chart and when I looked at the floss when it came I was completely shocked that I bought that color because I knew I would have deleted it if I had seen that name in my cart! Now I’m a bit annoyed at both of them. That frog is so handsome and that baby was so unbothered! What a joy. Always love catching up with you.
Hey Colleen! I got my order last week and I love my hippo needle minder! I can't wait for your new pattern release. Thank you for your smile and humor. Safe travels with Walker.
I have so many things to say 😂 that bunny is beautiful! And the dirty little secret and the fact they didn’t answer you angers me. Keep us posted. And happy pride! 🏳️🌈 and you’re so welcome for the project bag. And Findley is such a cutie. He snores so loud! And yay to women’s basketball. Can’t wait to see Toronto in action.
I'm watching while my dogs are at the groomers so I'm happy to have the puppy snoring in the background!!! My usually snoring dog is out getting all fresh and clean!
Soooo great to see you back--you've been missed!--and you treated us to such a great Flosstube! 100% agree with you on the Weeks "Gray" wording--hope they respond soon with good news on that front. Would LOVE to have see the treasures you find while antiquing--the frog in boots will be great as a chart!!!
Those antique crazy quilt squares are most likely not a quilt cut up. They were pieced like that before those squares/pieces where then pieced together to make a whole quilt. We loooooove antique and vintage quilts and will be having a trunkshow of them soon! Love the Ouija Board and this fun flosstube with the snoring pup! Hearts!
Colleen, it was so wonderful to see you again, and to see how big Findlay has gotten. You look fabulous, like you aren't puffy from meds. You seem like you feel much better. It's aways great to see your smile, hear you funny ad libs, and talk all about variety of things. Thank you so much for taking time to share with us
The puppy snores were sooo fun! You are glowing in this video. Maybe I've just missed your face, but I dont think that's it. Probably you're beautiful soul shining extra bright. Thanks for the goodness you bring to the stitching community.

@@rebelstitcher absolutely! Already on the list for tickets. With the support of the Warriors, I don’t think financial backing is going to be a concern. And Logo gear is already available!
Good to see you again! Love your finishes. I hate to tell you this but the owner of Buckee’s is a conservative POS from Texas. We just got a store not too long ago in Athens, Alabama and I won’t spend a dime there! I’m wondering if Weeks did the same thing with their grey fabric as it originally had the same name. Happy stitching!
@@rebelstitcher you are welcome. I have a friend down here who did the same thing. My family is getting out of this red state soon. Needed programs for our adult Downs children so we are moving to Delaware! Great amount of programs for now and their future. Can’t wait till get back to a blue state!
‘Confederate’ grey is not okay as a floss or fabric name - I also thought it wasn’t being named that way anymore but seems to be plenty of it still around. I won’t buy it and I’d be angry if they did a switcheroo on me like that. Thanks for raising it. Love your designs - going to stitch some of the civil patterns soon
One thought on the confederate gray issue. First and foremost: I agree 100% to not glorifying the confederacy. However, in this instance, I don't think it was meant to glorify it. They also have a color called brethren blue. When I think confederate gray and brethren blue, I clearly know what shades of gray and blue those are. I get concerned in our activism that another perspective is sometimes lost. That said, any label that makes anyone uncomfortable or uneasy should be rethought. So, there are my muddled thoughts for thr day 😂 Love your Floss tube and your work!!
I did order some Gray linen from WDW a couple months ago and it still had the factory sticker on it that had the changed name to "gray". So, I think it's just a matter of they had a gross of tabs already printed out with the old name and want to use them up or didn't think it was a big deal. As someone who won't even purchase water from Chikfila, I get where you're coming from. Also though, as an Interior Designer, there are antiquated regional/group terms used to describe a certain color that are universal but only allowable in the context of antiques or traditional arts such as china blue, Turkish red, Oriental rug, etc and embroidery is within those bounds so.... Ultimately, it's what bothers your customers. It's not a bait and switch, it's not purposeful. My guess is that someone made a poor decision or didn't realize that there may be a problem with using up the tabs they already had printed. But I get it, that icky feeling anytime someone wants to go to Chik fila and I'm like, nope, not going but can I fault them for being okay with it? I do not have the answer, lol. Also, I think those are swim trunks not underwear on the frog just to further confuse the mind. I will stitch that for sure- epic find!
You remembered right about Confederate Gray. I imagine 123 changed the name on their website because of the backlash but it is ridiculous Weeks hasn’t 😡 Findlay was looking at you cute finishes and thinking dog toys🤣. I think $12 for your amazing needleminders are still a low price! I’d love a Catlin Clark needleminder but you’d have to be awful careful because of copyright issues, which I’m sure you know all about. 🤷♀️
Enjoyed catching up with you. Findlay is such a cutie. 💜

Hey, Colleen! Great video! Had a great time meeting you at StitchCon! See you in 2025!
@ellensharp1564 don’t you mean Nicole?
The kids and I have all our weird stuff all over the house. The kid's friends say our house is quirky like Ms. Frizzle. I love that!
