One thing she would need help with is a big grocery haul. How would she carry any packages and walk? She does amazingly well for someone with no arms. She never drops anything either if you notice.

With fibromyalgia and other health things, you have helped me see that it needs to be ok that I have to live life at a slower pace. It's so hard not to be down on myself for limitations and compare myself to what other people can do. I have little ones and that makes me feel like I have to go fast like other moms that I see. If I will slow down and go at the pace that I need to, that will be ok for me and my children. Thank you! 💛

With fibromyalgia and other health things, you have helped me see that it needs to be ok that I have to live life at a slower pace. It's so hard not to be down on myself for limitations and compare myself to what other people can do.
I have little ones and that makes me feel like I have to go fast like other moms that I see. If I will slow down and go at the pace that I need to, that will be ok for me and my children. Thank you! 💛
