+Caitlin b Just the opposite he looked sort of uncomfortable with these sit down interviews more upbeat on talk show interviews he never actually wanted all this fame he just took a gamble at it and had success.
dear heaven, he was such a cutie, he seemed to be a bit fidgety in his last interviews but nonetheless, he was so adorable and you have a strange urge to protect him somehow while watching him twist and shift and joking around. Really miss him.
The fact that a video called "Heath Ledger talks about life" was released just a day after his death is just... ironic? I don't know how it's possible to have such an emotional connection to a person you don't even know, but I'm still not over his death.
He's so beautiful. I love his deep voice with that Australian accent. He had such great talent and was outstanding in The Dark Knight. It's really such a pity that that was his last performance. We love you Heath. R.I.P
sadeeeminho (lip smack) hmmmmmm (wet mouth sounds) now(moves mouth as if swilling Listerine) if I may, (inhales in, {pauses and eyes dart round room} exhales and speaks) you don't. go. after. the bat...if you really want to hit him where it hurts(licks around scars again quickly) you..go..after his. LEGACY.
He was an amazing actor, who pretty much got every role he had perfect. Anyone who doesn't miss him obviously doesn't appreciate how talented he is. And it's such a shame that he died, RIP Heath Ledger.
Its been 10 yrs since we lost this great human being !!! I still cant believe that!!! My 12 yr old sis has a crush on him n she recently got to know he is no more ,she got depressed n still cant get over it !!
I don't know why but every time i watch his interviews i get remained of the question, how come he is no more? He looks so fresh and lively full of charm. Still hard to believe the above stated fact.
my first language is Spanish, so it's a bit difficult to me to recognize the different English accents. But they say that Heath's accent was like mix between Australian and American, is this true?
Chefu Meow You shouldn't wish death upon anyone. It's heartbreaking to see this kind of stuff. He sadly won't return back and Kim will be alive 'till the day god cuts the string.
dude i didn't realize how much he truly is an amazing actor RIP Heath dude we miss you, you completely embodied the joker and any other roll you've played. amazing talent and the world truly misses you
he was awesome as playing roles that reflected real people such as Ned Kelly and Bob Dylan...he was a journal actor and a very genuine down to earth person
The only 2 ways I can cope with his death is thinking that, one, he had the time to play his greatest role and make the best performance I've ever seen, and two, he died yound and beautiful, and that's how people are going to remembering him, perfect.
Heath could never be remembered for just one role. There's Patrick Verona, William Thatcher, the Joker, Casanova, his characters were so different memorable & wonderful that there is no way anyone could remember him as just one. God he was incredible. I so wish he was still here
He doesn't appear troubled. Sure, it wasn't long after this interview that he past away, but he's behaving in a very warm, attentive, and polite manner. And he's not talking about life lol. He's talking about his role in I'm Not There. Thanks for posting, but the title needs work :) Rest in peace Heath Ledger. We miss you!
RIP Heath Ledger, he was so brilliant interpretating the Joker that entered in his life. I am even able to apreciate in this interview some moves and gestures of this character. Reaching the glory made him sacrifice his life somehow. Thats what happens with some geniuses:( We miss you Leyend
I usually accept the death of someone and assume that their time is just up. But for this guy, his career was just unfolding. He was just getting to the peak of his career. Hell, he was about to start directing too. I'm sure if he hadn't died, he would have found a place among the best actors of our generation.
I think he was an extremely beutiful person, inside and outside. His acting was great and it's such a shame he isn't with us anymore. How must his daughter and wife feel...
Looking back on him now, in this video, makes it become clear that nobody else in the history of earth could have even possibly acted the Joker as incredibly as he did. Its such a shame that he had to die. He was truly the best. It just goes to show the ammount of pressure applied and felt from being in the acting business can lead even the best to death... What a terrible world we live in... RIP Heath
I don't know how he met with all these journalists in a row and tried to keep a straight face answering their questions. I love listening to him. He was such a great guy. It's unfortunate he turned to pharmaceuticals to deal with his insomnia. If it hadn't been for him I wouldn't have searched out and found the natural cure for my long-term grueling insomnia. I only wish someone could have helped him and he was here to watch his daughter grow up.
and something i noticed. When he was with all the other interviewers, which were guys, he was fidgeting and rubbing his hands and arms together, but when interviewed by this woman, he seemed a little more relaxed.
I do not agree that Heath Ledger was a loser..In the last few interviews I read he was struggling with severe insomnia..being a severe insomniac, you wouldn't believe what people will do to just get some sleep..yes he was delving into drugs and heartbroken...but trust me...Heath Ledger will never be forgotten for all the fabulous movies that he made..He was a brilliant actor...one of the best..Brokeback Mountain is the masterpiece because of him..period. His Legacy will live on forever...WINNER!
He IS not just an actor, he WAS an actor! other then that, he WAS not only an actor like everyone else! he is the first actor to win an oscar after his death! He was also hated by the press and reviewers when he was live, he could not take the heat anymore and Overdosed on Anti depression pils.. then when he died he turned out to be one of the most beloved actors in history!! Heath is so much more then just an actor, hes life storry is amazing, sad and almost feels like a movie! he is a legend!
I think the joker shows how insane the ego is in tricking itself and lying to itself only to have the illusion of being right and in controll. believing those lies it is out of touch with reality, why it is causing so much destruction.
the joker shows? did he changed his name or is something I miss? are you stupid? maybe the Joker could affect to his insomnia. But he still was Heath, a lovely human being. He missed so much his daughter, that was what it caused so much destruction. best actor ever, that´s why you belive he was the Joker

Sorry dude but no. The tongue thing was already a habit of his before the Joker. Anyone who has digged into Heath Ledgers history, Would also know that he had no trouble in getting out of the role and becoming himself again afterwards. And also he loved playing the role, It brought him joy. Not pain or anything like that.
It wasnt the role that done it m8. Heath always had a thing that he done with his tongue and expressions on his face in general if u watch 10 things I hage about you he does it there too. Hos death was a tragic accident nothing to do with the roles he played
what i like about heath ever since a knights tale i suppose, is hes honesty of his condition.. look at him, if u look passed the good looks you see a very vulnerable uncomfortable person, a weakness we all share i think.. but you also see his greatness, a great combination
@arnoldndana i wouldnt worry about Heath's haters. there will always be those out there who hate those with real talent. it is also called envy. they cant stand that someone with real talent is actually getting praised for that talent while they are being ignored, so they have to jump in with hate to get attention. Heath was an incredible actor and it is a great sadness that he died. i love every film i have seen with him including the short lived tv series "roar".
Thank you. He licked his lips way before the Joker came along. Many introverted people do it. The Joker was gone by that point and he is very much back to being Heath.
there was something special about him I think it was his down to earth nature. He didn't let stardom go to his head
+Caitlin b Just the opposite he looked sort of uncomfortable with these sit down interviews more upbeat on talk show interviews he never actually wanted all this fame he just took a gamble at it and had success.
@Robert Phillips are you okay? Do you need help? I think you do.
@Robert Phillips how did that lead to his death again?
Robert Phillips unbelievably disrespectful. the cause of his death isn’t even remotely related to what you said. grow up and learn some human decency
He died due to drugs and alcohol so yes he is to blame stfu plz
8 years and it is still hard for me to believe he is actually dead
Define death?

A girl once dated me pretty much only because my voice reminded her of his. And same accent.
His personality is so adorable. His talent was something rare. Such a talented actor. If only he could come back and grace us all with his pure charm.
Hi do you have a snapchat
dear heaven, he was such a cutie, he seemed to be a bit fidgety in his last interviews but nonetheless, he was so adorable and you have a strange urge to protect him somehow while watching him twist and shift and joking around. Really miss him.
He was always fidgety in interviews. He doesn't really sit still in them. I find it endearing haha.
The fact that a video called "Heath Ledger talks about life" was released just a day after his death is just... ironic?
I don't know how it's possible to have such an emotional connection to a person you don't even know, but I'm still not over his death.
..not only you...😭😭😭😭😭
Same
me too, i feel so oddly connected to him for some reason. i’m so still so heartbroken over his death
Same I actually am heartbroken over his death
In France a full retrospective documentary is aired on tv within hours of death of celebrity
He's so beautiful. I love his deep voice with that Australian accent. He had such great talent and was outstanding in The Dark Knight. It's really such a pity that that was his last performance. We love you Heath. R.I.P
14 years late, but The Imaginarium of Doctor Parnassus (2009) was actually Heath’s last performance. Regardless, RIP to a legend.
I'M NOT OKAY. I MISS HIM SO MUCH. 😭😭😭❤
Me too 😭😭
0:36 - 0:40 you could hear the joker
sadeeeminho (lip smack) hmmmmmm (wet mouth sounds) now(moves mouth as if swilling Listerine) if I may, (inhales in, {pauses and eyes dart round room} exhales and speaks) you don't. go. after. the bat...if you really want to hit him where it hurts(licks around scars again quickly) you..go..after his. Yes! I felt that vibe of joker
Joker wants to come out.
ohhh yeahh nice how he's always in character.
He was an amazing actor, who pretty much got every role he had perfect. Anyone who doesn't miss him obviously doesn't appreciate how talented he is. And it's such a shame that he died, RIP Heath Ledger.

Facts.
What a talented, charming and good-looking man. The world truly lost a gem.
Rest in paradise Heath Ledger
I don't know why but every time i watch his interviews i get remained of the question, how come he is no more? He looks so fresh and lively full of charm. Still hard to believe the above stated fact.
Am I the only one who thinks that he sounds a lot like Chris Hemsworth?
No, their voices are very similar.
only thing they have similar, Heath was beetter than Chris Hemsworth in every single aspect
I just have seen a Hemsworth interview, and yes, he sounds like Heath. But Heath's voice is deeper
Australian acent
my first language is Spanish, so it's a bit difficult to me to recognize the different English accents. But they say that Heath's accent was like mix between Australian and American, is this true?
He was so beautiful !😊

Chefu Meow You shouldn't wish death upon anyone. It's heartbreaking to see this kind of stuff. He sadly won't return back and Kim will be alive 'till the day god cuts the string.

Such a brilliant talent gone so soon. It's hard to imagine what could have occurred had he lived.
it’s so strange watching this guy who has been dead for over a decade and yet is larger than life on a screen in front of me
The only 2 ways I can cope with his death is thinking that, one, he had the time to play his greatest role and make the best performance I've ever seen, and two, he died yound and beautiful, and that's how people are going to remembering him, perfect.

his hair was falling out? poor babe
Yeah he was balding really bad towards the end of his life
still a good looking guy
I still can't believe he's gone....
:'(
"I don't have any. What are you talking about? It's fallin' out"... As someone with hairfall, this gives me some relief. He accepted it, he owned it.
RIP Heath Ledger, he was so brilliant interpretating the Joker that entered in his life. I am even able to apreciate in this interview some moves and gestures of this character. Reaching the glory made him sacrifice his life somehow. Thats what happens with some geniuses:( We miss you Leyend
"Sacrifice his life somehow" Oh my god, please shut up.
The role did not take over him. It was a role he enjoyd but according to his close frined and co workers it didn´t affect him in any negative way
He was truly beautiful. Not only his appearance but also his....whole character.

lol he said that calling acting an art was obnoxious when he truly is an artist the way he creates and portrays his characters.
I'm so curious to what Heath would have said about Suicide Squad and the Jared Leto joker.
Spiral Twist he would have said 'are you joking?'
That would be like michael jordan watching a 3 year old try to shoot hoops and miss on his 4 foot tall plastic hoop
He would take the role and mop the floor with Leto.
Heath was a nice guy. He would have said nice things.
I don't know how he met with all these journalists in a row and tried to keep a straight face answering their questions. I love listening to him. He was such a great guy. Sundays will always remind me of you rest easy❤
🥰💖😭😢🔥👍🏼
He’s definitely up there with Australia’s finest actors RIP
How I have missed him... so weird
Special person. At least he got to do the work he wanted to do. I understand why people miss him so much. Be at peace.
the joker changed him, he really died for that role, you can see he's not sleeping and on meds to balance out the highs and lows and sleep issues.
Not true
and something i noticed. When he was with all the other interviewers, which were guys, he was fidgeting and rubbing his hands and arms together, but when interviewed by this woman, he seemed a little more relaxed.
love his voice!
i had never knew him personally , but something about him makes me believe that he was an incredible person...
I miss him. :(
i suppose it's not essential that he got nominated and then recieved the Oscar, but he was enjoying the acting this makes him a great actor
I lOVE HIS VOICE

Depressing that we lost one amazing future actor. He'd be the brad pit, Johnny Depp, Ewan McGregor of today

in another interview he putt his tongue out like the joker....

Damn, he's so beautiful, especially his lips *-*
So sweet he complimented her hair ❤
I love you BABY!
I've no words...
Love this guy.
R.I.P Joker
Thank you.
He licked his lips way before the Joker came along. Many introverted people do it.
The Joker was gone by that point and he is very much back to being Heath.
"...If you call acting art, which is a bit obnoxious..." what?
I agree with him on that.
10 years. Still not over it.
