Very eye opening, thanks! I'm the service industry which is a little different than what you showed. The difference being addresses as you probably already know. I want to upload my database which has addresses, how can I get that to be recognized in the field? Street address, City, State zipcode?

How do I do the same thing but for leads? There is no field for Lead Name so while i can import it the contact isnt connected to the lead as it is for deals
For Leads is the same as for Deals. may you send me the video of your problem and I will reply you in more detailes.
Im just not sure how to get the contact card to connect to the lead. I followed the process and imported deals which worked but when I tried for leads it didnt connect the contact to the lead. Can I email you the video? @@EMCsoft
can deals update in bulk?
