As a person whose been paying attention to these recap channels I can say for sure the reason MOST don't name them is because of a few reasons 1. Japan is notorious for using the copyright system on youtube. 2. When they do you can get a copyright strike. Get 3 and you lose your channel. One hand haven has literally shut his channel down for know in order to save ir from being struck down as he has gotten 2 strikes back to back. They think naming it even in the comments will draw the attention of the copyright ID system. But at the same time there's ways you can tell your audience the name and still be rather safe from copyright and the comment section is one of the best ways.
