"Once you realize the only thing to be saved from is the painful thinking that dominates this world. What are you here to be saved from? The way you're thinking about things. That's the only thing to be saved from. It's the painful way you continue to interpret your experience." Thank you, Erika and Marianne.❣

Marianne has been such a blessing to me throughout the majority of my life. I still have her cassette tapes to give you an idea of how many years it has been. I’m so grateful to her and I just hope she knows what a difference she makes.
Thank you for this podcast. I love the story you shared about your daughter behind stage. Love and Light to all 🙏❤️

"No external source can ground you in your purpose. You have one purpose, and your purpose isn't different than anyone else's purpose. To love and to be loved. There are no separate purposes." The mechanism is different for everyone, but the purpose is the same. To love and be loved.❣

Matthew 6:33 says ‘Seek ye first the kingdom of God’ vs the kingdom of Heaven. Huge difference.

Thank you for this interview 💝🕯️💝 I love listening to Marianne and meeting new Souls as well. 💝 I was baking hamburger buns this morning and thinking about Jesus not being the only way. I would say that there are many paths but Jesus can never be denied but only recognized for who he truly is. This meaning we can’t help but except him because without him there is no complete truth. 💝

"ACIM says he's not the only name on the door. If he is a name that calls to you, you don't need any other, but others might be part of your journey. Everybody has their own way home, but there's ONE home. BINGO❣❣❣ ❣❣❣ And whoever and whatever that eternal communication link between God and you is.... It has different names. And Jesus is one of them." AMEN to that. Regardless of who the great religious figures were, they all taught "...ONE Truth that's at the heart of all great religious systems. It is why ACIM says The Course is based on universal spiritual themes. There is ONE Truth; it's spoken in many different ways. . . . belief is nothing; experience is everything."

ACIM. "All of the children of God are special, and none of the children of God are special." ❣AMEN. Spirituality cannot be viewed through the same linear lens through which we view our physical operating systems, which are based on merit and which are, thus, exclusive. All are one in love and in spirit.

    Oh Erika,
This was so perfect! I love Marianne and you. I have been blessed to have seen her on a weekly basis when she used to speak at the Wilshire Ebel Theater in the Los Angeles years ago. She had changed my life in 1992 when I read A Return to Love and I began The Course in Miracles. Life changing!
You did great, this was a deep, fabulous interview! It was very emotional for me as it has pointed me in the direction of how to perceive some past painful traumas. Growth can be messy and I think I'm having a spiritual growth spurt! My new growth spurt started when was lead to you. Between the reading you recently gave me and this interview, there is a lot to digest.
Tons of love and appreciation from my heart to yours💚

"This is where Jesus actually comes in. Jesus is a way, not the only way, to say this trigger, this wound, this pain of what just happened is too great for me to simply be okay with. But I am willing to see this differently. And then we can be guided to the perception of that person's innocence rather than their guilt. Example...: I know what the goal is. I wanna be at a point where it's a share and not an attack; where it would be received as a share and not as an attack. It would be a loving communication, but not denying my truth. ❣Being authentic. ❣Being real, and yet being loving."❣ 🙏💜MW teaching and leading by example. Powerful.🙏💜

"Use your intuition [the "knowing voice" within, or what we often refer to as "the still small voice for God]." To this statement, I will say that we ALL come into this earthly realm still very much connected to the one before. If we look at new-born infants and babies, we see that they do not have a care in the world. Why? Because they are whole in love. That connection typically ends for some as they continue to grow, learn and become more acclimated to the ways of this physical realm. But not so for everyone, at least to a larger extent. Some of us still have much of that essence intact. Now, this is going to sound arrogant, but I swear, arrogance is not the intention here. I remember seeing my maternal grandmother hold me only seconds after I was born. Sometime around age three, I saw and felt a world that's very foreign to the truth of my being, which saddened me. Why sad? Because I realized and felt deeply that this is "not home." I was also acutely aware of right and wrong thinking, behavior, etc., and told myself that I would not become fluent or well-versed in the drama of this foreign world. So, I lived a very boring life. From those formative days to adulthood, I gave no one any problem; did not create arguments, fights, etc.; kept to myself--but I observed all the while. My family and late mother remarked that I never spoke much. Talk about boring, right?! But I lived and still live -- to a greater extent -- a peaceful and spiritually conscious life. It was a choice between two realities. Well, that is until I became more well-versed in drama and in the realm of politics. I tried, but during some of those rough situations, I unfortunately allowed my ego to get the best of me. Does this fundamentally change me on the soul level in any way? Absolutely not. I am still very much spiritually aware and will continue to live a peaceful and spiritually conscious life to the best of my ability -- which is only possible to a greater extent because of that connection with my "knowing voice." SO, HERE'S MY POINT -- I am NOT the only one -- there are others who share a similar experience of connection with their "knowing voice." Some of them are called mediums, for instance. And no, this is not about being better than anyone -- Awareness is not a competition. Awareness is who we ALL are. The only issues are connection and intensity. Period. Nothing more.

Very interesting: I see lines through parts of my above statement. I don't know what that means. Questions: Who do we think is peering through the eyes we see with? Are the eyes not the windows to the soul? Are we not Awareness? Who or what is Awareness? And does someone else get to experience my life as I lived/live it? I did not grow up in the U.S.; should I feel like a foreigner in my own experience? Would love answers, though.
