Arrey is you don't provide quality products why will we keep it. White exchange process you would get back the same product. Never go for exchange try returning it.

Mere sath b aisa hua same return leke nai gae aur msg and mail aya unke taraf se k customer denied pickup jabki we waited whole day for their agent to pick up and we called also to their cc to ask about agents whereabouts ab Mene legal Jane ka socha hai dekho Kya hota hai

Kal apka myntra scam ka video dekha use dekhke toh mai ab soch me pad gyi hu ki mai apna ek suit return kru ya ni myntra pe....kyuki agr return kiye toh pta ni yelog paise waps krenge bhi ya ni..but ha amazon se mera abtk ka experience skincare ya dresses ke matter me acha hi raha hai...

We ordered 3 products from one seller then they only delivered 2 products and in app it shows that all 3 products are delivered. And The quality was not good so i had to returned the 2 product and i still don't know that if i didn't got the product then what i should do - i paid my money and didn't got the product. Its very weird.
