Had the note 9 since it was released and just broke the back glass. Followed and loved the tutorial. I forgot the stupid camera tape, got excited to put it back together. It's easy and will do again later down the road. :)
This is the best tutorial about removing and reinstalling the back glass cover of Samsung Galaxy Note 9. Very clear and informative! Thank you so much.
Thank you so much for the video. it explained everything very simply and I watched a few times before I performed this on my wifes Note 9. We just had her front glass replaced which I almost attempted on my own but I decided to have it done by a professional. The back glass has alot less complication and was able to get it done in 20 to 30 minutes as I was probably being more careful than I needed. Her cracks on the back had a hit right near the fingerprint reader but it looked fine with no issues but was having trouble even before taking the phone apart. I think her drop killed the fingerprint reader as well but I didn't know that till I got this new back glass on. Oh well, at least we got the fresh back glass back on. Thank you so very much!!
Thank you so much for this!! You literally saved me $120!! I was able to follow your directions and do this myself!!! I am so proud of myself!! Again, thank you sir! You're amazing!
VERY informative, followed to a T and all looks like factory new now. I agree with putting the sensor in first in the channels in the phone. Made it MUCH simpler.
What steps would need to be taken if the back glass has gaps in it after applying it to the phone? Just reheat and add more pressure or is there something else?
Thank you for this video. I took my phone for screen replacement and the screen was well sealed. But since then, the back glass cover is not sticking well to the phone. It pops up from the edge after few days. This has happened twice. Please can you advice on the appropriate adhesive or is there something the phone repairer didn't do well?
There’s probably only adhesive running around the edge of the glass, that’s why. Take it back to them and let them know that the back glass doesn’t feel adhered correctly because of the hollow sound.

Just a quick question, dont know if you'll actually respond or not but, is the replacement cover actually glass?or some cheap plastic?
Yes it is actually glass.
I feel like I can do this myself now. Thanks for the clear tutorial !

Hello! Yes that is something the technician didn’t do well. Take it back and have them re install with a new adhesive.
I can't find the original and genuine back cover in bronze/copper/brown color.
Nice video! Liked twice. Hit the subscribe button twice.
Thanks mate.
Can you please tell me from which owner of the back glass you've got it from amazon? 🙏
They are all very similar.
Pick the one with the best ratings.
Took my phone out of its otter box and ooh that wasn't there before. Guess it's time to buy a new back glass
Is there any reason to replace the back glass other than cosmetic if phone still works fine?
If it is not damaged, there should be no reason to replace it.
Bro just had my back glass replacement with samsung service centre but the back glass sounds hollow now when i tap it in the middle .please reply

Excellent video! Does the phone still retain water resistance after repair?
Depending on how well you do the job.
In my case I would say yes, but it is never guaranteed.
@@techhobbies9292 Excellent, I appreciate the reply man
My pleasure.
Did it lose pressure ? Plz reply me !
How is the colour compared to the original glass?
It all depends on where you buy from.
Most aftermarket back glass we have worked with is pretty accurate.
If you'd like to pay a fortune!
Is it still waterproof after reparing ?
Depending on how well you do the job, yes, but it is no guarantee.
Hello, what do you mean that it is not a guarantee that it is a water proof phone? Isn't this phone supposed to be waterproof?
Before you break it.
Once the device is damaged or opened, it will loose its factory seal.
Mobile is water proof now or not plz tell me someone
no
I just broke mine after 1 week im gonna cry
It’s alright, breaking the back is not half as bad as breaking the front.
@@techhobbies9292 yea im gonna fix it
Let me know how it goes.
