I guess many off griders would prefer to keep the human waste for fertilizer. Here in Norway this would be the rule on any farm up to a few decades ago. Totally different situation of course, long winters with livestock kept indoors in a barn, houses need to deal with the harsh winter.

All them bricks she didn't bring them there all by herself - act like you know .. but she does good work and the toilet is for squatting on - no sitting just so you know - next to it is the extra stored water to flush and clean the toilet.
